Attach the C channels to the posts using stainless steel screws to create the frame. Slide the ALU-40 slats into the C channel grooves, ensuring proper alignment. Secure each slat with the provided #10 3/4" screws. Cover exposed screws with the included cover for a seamless look. Press the screwless caps onto the posts for a polished finish. Tighten all components, clean surfaces, and ensure a professional, polished result.
